Most days I am available to answer queries by telephone from 9 am through to 8pm. If I'm with a client or another situation where it isn't appropriate for me to take calls the greeting on my voicemail will advise when I'll next be free to speak - so it's always worth listening to my message, even if you aren't leaving one yourself.
