Autumn is upon us and the warm days of summer are coming to an end. I usually like the cooler weather as it suits my fair skin better - no worries about getting caught by the sun without my sunblock. This year I'm a little reticent as I've made so much progress with my fitness I'm wanting to fling the woolly jumpers aside to show off my fit figure.

 

Never mind, I took the opportunity this week to have a quick photo shoot so I could update you all as well as provide you with some new images to pore over. I've uploaded a coupleÃ, to the gallery andÃ, I'm still not sure whether I prefer the black&white pics, or full colour. Perhaps you can let me know?and perhaps I'll add some more as we go along.

 

I've not managed to get out walking again since my adventures in July. There always seems to be something for me to be doing, beit restarting my studies, visiting friends across the country, or purchasing new shoes and fabrics for the boudoir.

 

So many things to do and so little time.........
